Our History
C.A. MacQuarrie opened his first drug store in downtown Truro in 1920. Although the company and the industry have changed a great deal over the last century, our commitment to providing the highest level of patient care has not.
For four generations our mission has been to make people feel better. We try to accomplish this for every person that comes through our doors.
About Pharmasave
Pharmasave is a group of over 800 independent pharmacies located across Canada. Unlike our corporate-owned competitors, the Pharmasave banner is owned collectively by its membership.
